I have been on the phone over 1 hour, switched to 3 different CS depts and still NO ONE can answer where my promised $400 prepaid VISA card is, or when I will receive it. It has been months!!! This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever received. I would like an answer, and not have to hunt around, be on the phone for another hour, etc. in order to get an answer. I do NOT want to be given a link that takes me no where, either! If I do not receive quick resolution, I will report this issue to the BBB.
