Amazon Echo redemption - where is the link

I received an email back when I got my service setup at my new apartment letting me know when I would get an Amazon Echo as a reward. The available redemption date was last week, and I still cannot see the option to redeem it when I'm logged in, nor have I received a link to it via email.
