I have a problem that no one at Verizon seems to have an answer for, When I log in to my account I choose MyVerizon > Services > TV. Under my TV Service, you have the option to Change my TV Plan. It always worked fine up to ~ 2 weeks ago. Now I get:
Sorry unable to contuinue your order at this time. Please Contact your local
Office. Well I did and no one seems to know how to fix it. I get sent from one department to another. I was supposed to receive a call from tech support last night and they never called. Also, I tried going in through "contact us". choose support > contact us > the order/change/cancel service bubble > add/change my service, I end up getting the same error.
Do yo think this is now a new "feature" for me and it is what it is.
