Oh my gosh, I am running out of options and would like to hear from you. I ordered a wi-fi extender and paid for it, only to find it was coax and wouldn't work for my home configuration. I returned the item & have the shipping number back in Sept. I have called multiple times to only be told the refund would take 30-60 days; after the 60 days still no refund, I have since been working with a guy who seemed to be helping me. I faxed him the receipt, bank records showing the money was taking from my account, and the UPS tracking receipt. He has called me about 4-5 times in the past 3 weeks stating "still no update on this". Looking for any help on why a billion dollar company is refusing to return my $115.00 dollars, even after I have supplied all they have asked for. It's been 5 months and I still don’t have my money. Unbelievable!!! Any insight would be greatly appreciated?
