Hi,
I am trying to get full access of MY ACCOUNT on verizon.com. Everytime I try to get a temporary code, it freezes and won't send me anything. I need to view last month's bill, but verizon.com only lets me see my current bill unless I get "full access." Can someone figure out how to solve this issue. Can a Verizon employee please email me a temporary code? Everytime I have called, I've been disconnected or transferred to a number that doesn't exist.
