Verizon,
I recently recieved a letter from collections stating I failed to make a payment. I went online, and low and behold your website lists the status of the charge as "Success" as well as the date on which it was paid.
So, I am asking that Verizon:
A) Please assist me in removing this bill sent to collections off of my credit report, and
Please stop charging me for this bill that your own website states I have paid.
