For the past week, I've been attempting to change my tv plan by logging into my verizon account. However, once I'm logged in I can't seem to select the 'more plans' option under tv or internet. The options briefly flash then disappear. Is anyone else expereincing this issue? I've tried loggin in via the Verizon app and on a desktop and the issue seems to exist acroos both platforms. I am aware I can call or use the chat functions to make changes to my account, but I vastly prefer to make the changes myself as there are usually fewer surprises this way.
