Have not been able to pay my bill online for the past 45 days. I get e-mail notifications that a payment is due, yet when I go to My Verizon and Make a Payment I get a message "Your account has been disconnected. You have no payment due at this time. Any new charges or credits will appear on future bill(s)." When I go to view bill I get a message "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."
