I have been having issues talking to someone at verizon. We have moved our phone/FiOs service to another company and got a box to return the equipment. All we have is a network inface box that is 2ft by 2ft, a battery backup (both mounted to the fall firmly) and a wireless router. The box sent wont fit the network interface and battery backup. So is it just the wireless router that needs returened?
