$300 Reward Card??????????

I would like to know when I will receive my card? The 16 makes more than 65 days, which I cannot understand why someone would say 65 days, when I was told 60 days which would make more sense being it would be two billing cycles. Any way it should be sent on the 14th. How long to receive?
