Hi All,
Last night my globe turned red on my router and the WiFi symbol stayed white. After doing some router resets I found a suggestion to reset my ONT box. I went through the steps on verizon.com and reset it but now only the power light is on. Any suggestions on how to get my other lights working? I have a tech coming tomorrow but I’d rather get it working ASAP. Thanks.
