It’s been over 3 months since become a new customer with Verizon. I signed up with the Google/Nest and $150 Visa gift card promotion. I received the Google/Nest credit early on but have yet to see the $150 Visa Gift Card arrive. The rewards portal claims it was shipped on 12/17 but I never received anything. Has anyone else had luck with this offer? All I see are complaints online and every time I call to speak to someone I’m put on hold for over an hour...
