Having switched from Comcast to Verizon in October (2017) I am growing weary of complaints from my girlfriend about how much she misses Comcast. While we both miss the voice commands and Netflix integration most of all, the FIOS remote is inferior to the latest Comcast remotes.
In addition to including the voice command button, the Comcast X1 remotes also are fully illuminated. This makes it very easy in a dark bedroom (or any room) to see what each and every button does. No fumbling and trying to remember where (for example) the search button is as is necessary with the FIOS remote.
Would anyone else like to see Verizon upgrade their FIOS remotes to be fully illuminated and easier to read?
