No picture, only sound on ESPN channel 570

I have lost the picture (but still have sound) on ch 570 ESPN on all three STBs/TVs.

I've run the diagnostic tool multiple times and have performed a hard reset of the STB multiple times. Nothing has helped.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any idea how to fix this?

Just ESPN or other channels?

Just ESPN ch 570. All other channels are fine.

After speaking with a Fios technician I have been told that there is an outage on that channel affecting my region, i.e. it’s a problem between ESPN and Verizon.
