I have never provided my bank account information or set up auto pay to Verizon. On October 6 there was an unauthorized ach withdrawal from Verizon that my bank returned to me. Then it happened again in December 2016. That unauthorized ach withdrawal was dishonored by Verizon on January 19, 2017. I am not paying for someone else's bill. I need your help to resolve this issue. I had to change my bank account information and also put a stop ach withdrawals to Verizon. I want my money back!!!
