I have 2 tv's working great.
On one tv my picture is only visible on the top one inch of the screen.
Audio works fine, picture looks good , but i can only see people's forehead
Computer, phones,and other TV are working normal.
Any Help?
Swap one of the good boxes to the TV with the distorted picture. It trouble still there it could be the TV or the HDMI from the box to the TV.
solution was replace box==no change, but replacethe TV and all works fine. Seems that the tv's time was up. Thanks for the assist.
