Internet suddenly went down and checked the ONT box, the green light on pwr is blinking. Any suggestions?
Sounds like it's running on battery. Make sure everything is tight and plugged in.
Checked everything, and its all secured. Still not working, the ONT I211M-L power light is blinking rapidly, and so is the light on the powersupply that its connected to. But when i unplug the psu from the ONT box, the light on the psu, is a steady green light. Think it might be the ONT that got fried or something? Just unplugged the psu and the ONT has no lights on now..
Yeah something is bad. I'd call and schedule a tech. Probably need a new power adapter or ONT.
