I moved apartments a month ago. We have Fios via our apartment complex and I was told I could get a new lower bundled rate of around $107 a month (previously around $125).
Now I get an email telling me my Bill is $134.78.
When I go to the Verizon site it tells me I am in CREDIT of $107.66.
How can I get this straightened out?
