When should my bill be available online?

Hi,

My new billing cycle should have started on the 16th (and thus the bill date should be then). However, my bill is not available online. I've heard different things from different people about when it shows; some said it should appear right away and others said it should take a few days to appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed they are late this month for me as well and my bill is normally posted on the 16th. Normally its up by the next business day at least.
