When I logon to to MyVerizon residential I get the following message:
"There was an error in retrieveing your billing information. Please try again later."
My account was locked out and I called support Monday and they kindly unlocked it. When I signed in I received the above message and they said that some system was out of service (billing/accounts?). I find it hard to beleive that this system has been down since Monday. I find it even harder to beleive that it has been down since Sat.
I was in a Verizon Wireless store Sat. to make some changes to my Wireless account. In order to make they changes they said I had to unenroll from OneBill. When they tried in the store they were told that the billing/account system was down.
Has the billing/account system for Verizon Residential really been down for at least 5 days?
