Is this feature on a cell, and if so, how do i use it?

It may be an app you can get for a smartphone or Droid, but it is not a "standard" feature on any phone that I am aware of. If you have web access there are sites that allow you to do reverse look ups - but it doesn't normally have cell #'s.

I use google text for land line numbers and just text the number with dashes to google text and if they have a listed number it usually comes back with name and address. Cell numbers you would have to use a pay service to track it down. Mary
