I have not contacted Verizon about my Visa Card, but when I actually did, I kept getting transferred to the "Gift Card" department only to get disconnected continually from them. I am not understanding why I haven't received my gift card after 12 months. Maybe its my fault because I did not follow up with Verizon as I should have. With Comcast I did not have to follow up with them, and for a telecommunications company that has been in business for as long as Verizon has been, the customer shouldn't have to remind you about something that you promised them. My service has never been off, you have gotten your money every month for my services, I need someone to reach out to me ASAP.
