i enrolled in paperless billing. i am still receiving paper bills.
anybody know why?
left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing ... apparently.
i'm just sayin' ...
It should not take more than two billing cycles to become paperless. Believe me they want you to be paperless and of course autobill.
Be sure to download a copy of the "paper" bill each month, and save for awhile. No need to print it. And always review for errors.
