Refund check not received

I disconnected my FIOS service in November, and received refund status alert from Verizon on 12/18/2017 notifiying I should receive the refund within 2 weeks. Howerve after more than 1 month, I have not received the refund check yet. Could you check what happened to the check? Thanks very much!
