Hi there,
I am having trouble accessing my account, i tried to talk to customer service through chat but it doesn't help. I can login just fine into my account, but when i try to pay my bill or add/change service, it asks me to call the verizon number every single time. I can't even look at the bill at all, and it tells me that this "We are unable to process your request at this time.
Please try again later."
