Hello,

I had FIOS Internet installed on Dec 24th (now is Jan 28th). I'm trying to find how do I get my $50 gift card. I've read somewhere that I have to wait 30 days, but now 30 days past but I still didn't get any information from Verizon on how to receive my $50 gift card. I tried to call, was transferred somewhere, spent 50 minutes on hold and couldn't wait any longer.

Hate this shady business and "0" support!!! No option for chat or email, and 1-hour hold is ridiculous! Much worse than any other cable companies!

Anyway, does anyone know how to get my promotion???
