I discontinued my Internet service in October of 2016 and yet 14 days later was charged for the next month through auto pay. Its been over 3 months and I was told that refunds take time but 3 months seems ridiculous. How is it that a company that charges in advance for its services takes so long when it comes to returning its customer's money on time. I have spoken to numerous customer agents and that doesnt help either.
