I signed up for Verizon Fios back in December of 2016. At the time of this post, it is February 28, 2017 and I still do not have the discount showing on my bill. I know I enrolled because if I try to re-do the discount program signup, the website tells me I am already receiving it. I don't see any type of discount entry on my bill whatsoever. When I call in about the issue, the Verizon employees act like they don't know what I am talking about or just say to keep waiting. Can anyone help please? It's frustrating to be told you have a bill credit and then not receive it.
