Unfair Expiration Date on Visa Gift Card Redemption

I got an email today (4.23.2020) stating that I can redeem my $100 prepaid visa gift card from when I started my plan in February 2020, but the "redeem" button in the email just takes me to the My Fios home page AND the email says this offer expired 22 days ago on 4.1.2020, what gives?? How do I redeem it, and why would you send an email for it that late?
