Repair order

How do I order a repair on-line without getting a runaround? I just want to order a repair, and the Virtual Technician is either broken, or sends me to a Diagnostic I can't do. Then the Diagnostic sends me back to the Virtual Technician that's either not working, or sends me back to the Virtual Technician.I just want to order a repair!

You can try inhome agent or live chat...if that fails, try your local Verizon store (not wireless!). Good luck.
