Incompetence all the way around! Requested repair on phoneline, they sent tech out. Was promised they would send "splicers" very next day. Call next day to confirm.....was told they would be there.........no show. Called again and was assured it would be fixed in 2 days. So what do they do..............they send ANOTHER TECH out instead of the "splicers" He could not help and I am still without service and not fixed on the date Verizon committed to fixing! No one calls back as promised........even after issue has been escalated. Obviously not committed to their customers in any way, shape or form! Un acceptable behavior on the part of Verizon!
