I have had Verizon FIOS for almost a month now, my phone still doesn't work and my internet seems to stop on a weekly basis. I have spoken to support for no less than 5 hours and have been told its been fixed on two occasions.
To anyone looking to get FIOS digital voice id say DON'T its unreliable
To anyone wanting FIOS internet id say the speeds are OK but it will stop working weekly and you need to call verizon to get it reset.
FIOS TV actually works if a little slow at times.
In essence look elsewhere if you want to actually receive the service your paying for.
