responding to email

I was a long time verizon cust , now living in a non verizon internet area. Bot my verizon domain now I can't find who to contact with a verizon webmail problem, anyone have a clue how to get help or have experienced getting this message "Unable to load null status:404" out of the blue when trying to respond to email

If you are using Fitrefox, the problem is with the new version 31 which came out a few days ago. They are working on it! I suggest you use I E or Chrome untill it is fixed.
