I have had Verizon DSL since Jan 12th 2011. From the first day the internet light goes out on my westell 7500 modem and I have to reboot the modem to get the internet back. I have called tech support and they tell me they can't find anything wrong. The internet light goes out 2 to 3 times a day. Some days it works fine. Does anyone know how I might fix this before I cancel my DSL?
