Two weeks ago I ordered a bundle that comes with voicemail for my home phone. I set it up through the voicemail access #, and also set the # of rings to 3, but my phone just keeps ringing and ringing. Voicemail is not picking up. Any ideas?
Sounds like you have everything setup right. We would want to look at the voicemail on the backend to make sure everything is showing correctly there also. I have sent you a private message to get more information from you.
