If repairs are made as promised on my repair ticket it will be almost 3 weeks of unusable phone service. An AC buzz started on the phone lines near the end of July. Same thing happened about 2 years ago and was a component out on the network.
The repair ticket states it will be resolved on 8/13. If it really takes this long will I get credit for service I can't use.
I had to use a cell phone to call in the problem because the Buzz is sooo loud you can't hear over it. Additionally voice mail/answer machine is useless.
