i am in NY, since last week my high speed(by magnitude slower than advertized) DSL connection is very slow and dropping every 15-20 min, need to reset modem(Westell7500) to factory defaults(power down doesnt help)
if this is not fixed in timely manner i see only one solution: switch back to Time Warner Cable, Verizon internet is a joke
