How do I export the email contacts which I've created on-line into the Windows Mail program?
For some reason they thought to have an inport contacts but not export.
I would recommend reversing your process. I.e. maintaing your contacts on Windows and importing them to Verizon Webmail, if you really wan to use Webmail. Personally I don't like Webmail for lots of other reasons.
I spoke to support and they say there is no way to export contacts from webmail. I concur with your recommendation, move to something else.
yahoo can import contacts which you can then export to a csv file. More than one step but it seems to work.
