I actually got someone to fix this about three hours ago, but the problem has returned. I just can't bear to go through all of those voice prompts again.
Caller ID says there's a NEW VOICE MAIL. Phone blinks and beeps, but there is no Voice Mail to delete.
I am at a loss as to what to do. I tried calling myself and leaving a message and then deleting that. Didn't work.
Agent had to reset the mailbox to fix it. But it has returned.
I never had this problem when I had Vonage...NEVER.
