Converting to Dry Loop
MikeW
I presently have both voice and DSL at may apt. In the last eight months I made a total of eight calls. I want to drop my land line and port my number to my cell phone but keep DSL (dry loop). How can I make this as seamless as possible. I know if you port your phone number they will automatically cancel you phone service but will they cancel DSL also? Has any one done this?

I would change the DSL billing to a credit card first since you will no longer have a home phone number to bill. Port your home number to your cell and change over to dry loop dsl. Good luck.
