Since last Tuesday on March 1st, my internet has been going extremely slow. This has been my first time encountering this problem since I first started my internet services in 2004. I tried calling the support phone number which only gave me the speedtest after I said I had slow connection. How is that supposed to help me? How do I fix my internet speed? Please help me.
Another Note: When I called a few days ago, the answering machine told me that there was a power outage near my area, but it has been days since I called again today.
I have a westell model 327W with a faster internet plan of 1.5 to 3 mbps. I have two computers connected with the cables to it.
And when I did the speedtest I got:
Download speed 0.045mbps
Upload speed 0.549mbps
The details gave me this:
