How do I forward calls to voice mail? Do I forward to my phone number? Or to my voice mail access number?
your phone already forwards to your verizon voicemail after x amount of rings, usually 4. you can change that, if you want calls to go directly to voicemail by changing the number of rings to 1 or 2 etc....
press 58# and listen for studder dial tone, then enter the number of rings 2-9. some areas don't want number of rings, but want seconds instead, so 2 rings equals 10 seconds, 3 rings = 16 seconds, there is a map in the user guide if you want more specifics.
if you can't do it that way, then you may be able to do it in the menu
