Help with DynDNS Client updater issue (Dynamic IP)

Hello,

I have a free DynDns.com account and I keep getting blocked because my routers update client is updating too frequently. Does anyone know how to change this? My Everfocus camera dvr doesn't send IP updates as far as I know, so I think it is the Westell 7500 router Verizon I have. Any help is appreciated.

Did you try disabling the DDNS Client in the router, and using a DDNS Client on a comptuer behind the router?

If so, did you get the same result?
