For several months now, have not been able to log into the Verizon.com account when using either Firefox browser, or Windows browser. After entering the correct username and password, The "sign in" button stays grayed out and unuseable - thuis unable to log in.
However, if I use Brave browser, everything works properly.
I tried calling Verizon customer support to let them now their website design has some huge issues, i.e. customers unable to login, and they were NOT interested in the information, and tried to say that it was a problem with my browser.
Unfortunately, it's not my browser that is the problem, it's their website design, but they have no desire to investigate their problem.
Customer Service was no help at all...
Any one else see these login issues, and did you find a solution.????
