Caller ID

When I'm on the phone and another call comes in, why can't I see who it is on caller ID? It worked with Comcast but I can't get it to work with Verizon. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Sign in at www.myverizon.com and look at your calling features

You should have call waiting ID in there. If you can't find it under your voice.account options then call Verizon during normal business hours and ask if you have that feature

I have the same problem.

Caller ID works if phone is not already in use.

But when I'm on a call, and another call comes in, there is no caller ID.

This was addressed with tech previously, but not fixed.
