What's the latest and greatest FIOS ONT that they are installing?

Hello. My ONT is probably over 10 years old now. It is a Motorola model: ONT1000GJ2.

I currently have their gig service so I am gonna assume that this ONT can provide it. My speed tests aren't that great though. Usually around 250-325 down and up. I was wondering if there is a newer ONT out there and would it benefit me by getting it?

There is a newer 1000GJ4 model, but the GJ2 and GJ4 are both gigabit capable. The speed results maybe just congestion due to everyone working from home. The ONT might also need to be replaced. The only problem is Verizon is no longer going in the house, so replacing it anytime soon probably isn't going to happen. Just asking but the speed results are from a wired connection right?
