After waiting two months from signing up for Fios internet, I received the email to redeem a prepaid gift card. After trying on my computer and my phone, all attempts at redeeming the gift card are not successful. Either an error message appears or the page never loads. I also see that there are a large amount of posts where people are having the same issue. I would like assistance with this as there is also a message on my account that says if I don't redeem it within 60 days, it will expire. I am disappointed that this process is so difficult as this was one of the reasons that I signed up for Fios in the first place.
