Was wondering if anyone could direct me on where or who I can call get actual results or a reasonable explanation to a billing issue. Recently my service changed, well same service just a much greater price, I did not request or make any changes and I cannot get it resorted to the prior charges. I have had the ultimate tv & gigabit service for sometime, my family finds the service satisfactory normally. Called billing but they say they are unable to revert to the prior price even though I was under no contract or agreement. Nothing they can do except of course a contract with a new service, no one would, or “could,” transfer me to a manager or supervisor. Even prior discounts were removed and can not be restored. Been a verizon subscriber for over 20years, and unfortunately had to retire as a field technician from verizon after only 16years due to a work injury that prevent my climbing.
