No, they will not.
Email storage limits are set, and will not (cannot?) be changed on an individual basis. There are many of us hoping that one day they will increase the 250 limit on subs (and offer IMAP), but until/unless they make a universal change, your subs will stay at 250.

As noted by "somegirl" you will not be able to increase the account space. An alternative is to use a separate email client (such as MS Outlook and others) and give yourself essentially unlimited space.
