Beware of Verizon Claims Dept

A verizon tele wire hooked my car and ripped the rear bumper off. I got a video of the verizon tech repairing the wire and admitting it to be verizon's . I then got an email from the verizon claims dept stating a verizon manager looked at the wire and said its a service or cable wire.
